These terms apply to your use of www.supervision.work and supervision.work (the "Site"), which Super Vision ("Super Vision," "we," or "us") provides. By using the Site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Customer agreements
If your company has signed an order form or services agreement with us, that agreement governs your use of the Super Vision product and takes priority over these terms if the two conflict. These terms cover the public Site.
Using the Site
You may use the Site for lawful, business-related purposes. You agree not to:
- interfere with or disrupt the Site or its security;
- try to reach areas, accounts, or data you are not authorized to access;
- use automated tools to scrape the Site or put an unreasonable load on it; or
- use the Site to send unlawful, harmful, or misleading content.
Information on the Site
The Site describes our products in general terms. Product views, screenshots, and figures are illustrative examples and are not customer results.
Any calculators or estimates on the Site use the inputs you enter and simple assumptions. An estimate is not a forecast, a guarantee, or financial advice, and actual outcomes depend on your business.
Booking a walkthrough
You can schedule a walkthrough through the booking page, which uses Google Calendar appointment scheduling. Please give accurate details. Google's terms and privacy policy apply to its tool. We may reschedule or cancel a session, and scheduling one does not create any obligation for either of us beyond the session itself.
Our content
The Site and everything on it, including text, graphics, logos, product views, and code, belongs to Super Vision or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We give you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to view the Site for your own business use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from it without our written permission.
If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them without restriction or payment.
Third-party services and links
The Site may link to or embed services run by others, such as Google Calendar. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.
Disclaimer
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not promise that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Super Vision and its team, contractors, and licensors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to US$100. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you in full.
Changes to the Site and these terms
We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time. We may update these terms and will change the date at the top of this page when we do. If you keep using the Site after an update, you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The state and federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes about the Site, and you and we consent to that venue.
